Topic: GOD’S PROVISIONS FOR RECOVERY.
Text: Joel 2:25
25: And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten—the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust, My great army which I sent among you.
26: And you shall eat in plenty and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord, your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you. And My people shall never be put to shame.
Regrets set in when a man looks back and discovered that he has achieve little on nothing over the years, the good news is that the bible makes provisions for people in that class.
Comparison should be used in the right direction; for assessment and preparations for the future not for competition.
It will interest you to know that God is aware of the things we have been through and he is always ready to alleviate our pains. As the year is going to end people take inventory of their lives for the year and on many occasions regrets set in.
God is ready to make up the wasted years look at whet he said in Joel 2:25 And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten…
You don’t have to live in regret, just believe the word of God. He is ready to make up for the years you could not account for. He will do something that will make you recover all that you have lost to yesteryears.
PRAYER.
* Lord thank you for your provision.
* I recover all that I have lost to time in the name of Jesus.
