Topic: APPEARANCE IN ZION… Part 5.
(HEAVEN’S EMBASSY)
Text: Hebrews 12: 23.
23: And to the church (assembly) of the Firstborn who are registered [as citizens] in heaven, and to the God Who is Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous (the redeemed in heaven) who have been made perfect, Amplified.
God has structure for all he does from creation. Most times, we wonder why can’t go just do like this or like that? You hear people say, ‘ if I were, God I would have done it like this and do it like that ‘. His ways are not our ways, he has his organizational structure, anyone that will understands and benefits from him must study his structure.
You should be conversant with this statement; God the father, the son and the Holy Ghost, those are the arms of his government. God has his structural chart, if you are a good student of the bible you will notice phrases like thy kingdom, my kingdom, my church, was used severally by Jesus.
My emphasis here is heaven’s embassy. God established the heaven as his abode and place its embassy here on earth, let me show from scriptures .
Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
The church is not another organisation, it is heaven’s embassy on earth. The church is meant to represent heaven on earth, everyone member of the church is a citizen of Zion.
Members of the church are not mere church goers, they are those who have been genuinely saved and washed by the blood of Jesus.
They are those who chose holy living and abstinence from sin. Those who are ready to live in the will of God, they ambassadors of Zion, represent God in this world of evil. Sowing the goodness of God to men and their world.
Members of Zion live to glorify God here on earth. How did I know? Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. God bless you.
