DAY 17: FINANCIAL FORTUNE ..part 1.
Text: Psalms 23: 1-2..
1: The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2: He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
I have discovered that God made provisions of all we need in his word. God is interested in your finances, no father will want his children to live in financial crisis. How will you feel if you see your children begging? God forbid. The same sad feeling is what God has each time he sees his children in financial crisis.
Some people attributes financial crisis to bearing one’s cross or ‘ carrying your cross ‘ Jesus talked about in Mark. 8: 34, that’s not correct, this refers to trails, temptations, persecution for being a believer, it doesn’t mean you will live in poverty. I will expatiate on this some other time.
My focus here is what the Psalmist said, ‘ he makes me to lie down in green pastures ‘, what does this mean? Green connotes productivity, fruitfulness, prosperity. By ‘ lying down ‘ he meant I am not roaming about like other animals, it is common for animals to roam about in searching of food, but in my case I don’t need that because I allow him to lead to green pastures, plenty of them for that matter, I am lying down there, I eat to my satisfaction, I don’t need to run about in search of money, prosperity, food, wealth, I just obeyed his leading and now he brought me to my place of wealth and instructed me to lie down there.
The Lord will you to businesses, investments that will take you to your place of wealth, just allow him to lead you. Ask him for directions.
PRAYER.
* Lord, I need your direction.
* Lead me to businesses and investment that will bring me wealth.
* Give me multiple stream of income without stress.
* I shall not want.
* I enter my place of wealth.
* I am out of financial crisis.
* Lord make me productive and prosperous in the name of Jesus.
